Mohammed’s story
11-year-old Mohammed was a lively, free-spirited boy, known for his love of football and being the best big brother to his younger siblings. His energy and laughter filled the family home, but then, without warning, the young boy’s world changed. He began experiencing dizzy spells, fainting, and ear pain – his vibrant spirit dimming with each passing day. One day, he collapsed.
After a series of tests, the family received devastating news: Mohammed was diagnosed with severe hearing loss, and his only chance to hear again is through a cochlear implant. His parents are heartbroken to see the joyful boy they once knew now withdrawn.
Originally from Egypt, Mohammed’s parents dream of seeing him run, play, and laugh once again, but for now, they focus on the hope that a cochlear implant can restore his hearing and bring back his bright, happy smile.
"It breaks our hearts to see Mohammed struggling. He was always full of energy, running after a football, laughing with his little brother. Now, he barely has the strength to stand. We just want to see him happy and healthy again."
