Help Joud receive heart surgery
Joud’s story
One and a half year old Joud was born with a congenital heart defect and needs life-saving heart surgery so she can grow up healthy and strong.
Joud and her parents were born in Dubai and call the UAE home. Her mother does not work, and her father lost his job making it very difficult for them to fund their daughter’s surgery.
This Ramadan, Al Jalila Foundation has partnered with Emirates NBD to raise the funds necessary to help Joud receive the treatment she needs to heal her heart.
“We have found ourselves in a very difficult position and we want nothing more than to see our baby girl live a full and healthy life. We will be forever grateful.”
